Who We Are
Nexus is: "a link, a means of connection, a core or center." That is exactly what we want to be - a link and a central core to connect church leaders through training events, support and networking. Leadership Nexus exists as a way for church leaders to find the resources, training and ideas to be more effective, more innovative, and to develop a greater sense of spirituality in doing the work of the Kingdom of God. What We Do
Leadership Nexus offers a variety of training avenues for pastors, church staff and Christian leaders as well as valuable consulting services. We also offer books, CD's, and DVD's of our training events and other resources we feel are especially helpful.

Dr. Bob Pierson is founder and Executive Director of Leadership Nexus. As Senior Pastor of Christ United Methodist Church in Tulsa, Ok, he and his wife, Delia, served for 37 years, growing it from an attendance of 200 to over 1600. He also helped found the Large Church Initiative of the United Methodist Church and served as its chairperson for 14 years. He is presently the Executive Director of CUGM, an ecumenical organization created by Dr. Robert Schuller.
