Dr. Pierson provides counsel and direction for pastors, church staff and church leaders in the areas of church and ministry administration, management, worship administration, growth and evangelism. These consultations are provided out of years of successfully pastoring and leadership in national organizations.
Rebecca Pierson is available for consultations and speaking engagements regarding the Emergent church, postmodern culture, and the use of social networking technology in the church today.
Consultation contractual arrangements can be made for a period of 4-12 months which will involve several visits to the church site and regular telephone coaching with the senior pastor and other church staff. The consultation can also be a series of recommendations to deal with particularly tough decisions a church is facing on such issues as staffing, financial management, local church public relations, effective preaching, and effective worship planning.
